Australian Prime Property Fund secures Altona North property


Lendlease managed Australian Prime Property Fund Industrial (APPF Industrial), has taken delivery of the 28 Salta Drive project with a 12-year lease.

“We acquired the 5 hectare property for our client F Mayer Imports in late 2014 and utilising our full property lifecycle capability we have delivered a facility that both meets our client’s needs for the long term, while providing an attractive yield for APPF Industrial,” says property developer Tony Staveley.
 
F Mayer Imports is an internationally acclaimed importer and national Australian distributor of over 1000 Premium Gourmet Food Products.

Balance managed the substantial refurbishment to the 23,854 sq m property by Vaughan Constructions which included a massive 8,000 sq m of conditioned space at temperatures ranging from -20c to +16c utilising a state of the art C02 system engineered by Strathbrook Services.
