ROI Land Investments engages GCA Asset Management


ROI Land Investments Ltd has engaged investment management advisory firm Gulf Central Agency Asset Management (GCA), to assist the firm establishing a London presence.

In addition, Dr Slim Feriani, Chairman at GCA, has been appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at ROI to further enhance the Company's capabilities. 
 
Sami Chaouch, Executive Chairman of ROI, says: "Working with GCA will greatly strengthen our presence in Europe and enable ROI to execute an ambitious funding program for our international projects. GCA offers a breadth of knowledge about investments, including packaging and managing real estate operations. We will rely on their expertise as we explore ways to create value for the holders of our securities. To support these efforts, we have also appointed Dr. Slim Feriani as CIO.  We have great confidence that Slim's extensive investment and capital markets experience will help ROI achieve its business objectives."
