Sovereign Land expands team

Sovereign Land, the UK retail and leisure developer and asset manager, has made its third appointment this year to support its growth plans.

Thomas Mallindine has joined the team as a senior asset manager.
 
Reporting to the chief executive Chris Geaves, he will assist on new transactions. He will also work on the asset management and development teams’ on Centros projects.
 
Mallindine previously worked at M&G Real Estate for five years, where he was most recently investment manager, retail and institutional funds.
 
Geaves says: “This appointment follows the recent hiring of Alexandra Pugh, senior surveyor, formerly at Network Rail. Sovereign Land continues to expand and we will be announcing further new appointments before the end of the summer to support this growth.”
