Harworth Estates makes four appointments

Harworth Estates, the UK property regeneration company, has made four appointments.

Chris Warren has joined Harworth’s natural resources division as estates surveyor, responsible for the management of its portfolio of mineral and waste management assets.  Warren is a Chartered Minerals & Waste Planner and a Chartered Mineral Surveyor and joins from Wardell Armstrong’s mineral estate team in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
David Hounsell joins the company as the facilities and safety manager within the estates, environment and safety management team. He will be responsible for managing and leading the team, providing support services to Harworth’s 30,000 acre estate and strategic health & safety guidance.  A Chartered Health & Safety professional, he has joined from Nottinghamshire County Council’s infrastructure department and previously ran his own training consultancy.
Heather Foxen has joined the company as assistant management surveyor, and will split her time between the development, estates and safety & environmental divisions. She joins from Gerald Eve, where she worked within the planning and development team.
Daniel Burnham joins the company’s recently-created technical division as a graduate project manager. He has joined Harworth from Sheffield Hallam University, where he recently completed a BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management.  He will report to technical director Peter Henry and support the team across a number of its development sites, including Waverley and Logistics North.
