Braemar Estates appoints head of business development

Braemar Estates has appointed Richard Andrews as head of business development, based out of the company’s London office in Mayfair.

In the newly created role, Andrews will be responsible for developing and growing the company’s block management services and client relationships in the region.
He will also be tasked with raising the profile of Braemar Estates across the region, in line with the company’s ongoing strategy for growth.
Andrews has worked with many of the UK’s largest and most respected housebuilders and developers, including Bellway and Crest Nicholson. Over the past 10 years, he has played a key part in the property management industry, specifically in the integration of new mixed-use schemes including prime London residential, regeneration schemes in deprived areas, listed conversion schemes and country home developments.
Chris March, chief executive of Braemar Estates, says: “I am very pleased to welcome Richard to the team at an exciting time of growth for our business. Having worked for two of the largest managing agents in the UK, Richard is well known in the industry and has an unrivalled knowledge base and vast experience in the implementation of management schemes for long term projects.”
Andrews says: “I am delighted to join Braemar Estates in supporting its strategy for growth and look forward to promoting the company’s award-winning property management services while growing its existing portfolio under management, particularly within the lucrative developer space.”
