JLL’s EMEA property and asset management group has signed a 10-year agreement with Yardi to implement its Yardi Voyager 7S software platform for its clients.
This browser-independent, mobile-enabled integrated property, asset management and accounting system, combined with Yardi Orion Business Intelligence, will enable JLL to provide its client base with mobile and tablet access to consistent, accurate information and advanced financial reporting.
JLL’s clients will benefit from this scalable property and asset management platform as they look to expand their businesses locally and across European markets.
Countries in JLL’s EMEA region will begin a phased implementation of Yardi Voyager from the first half of 2015.
Yardi Voyager 7S has been adopted by more than 1,000 Yardi clients since 2013. In June 2014, it received a Realcomm Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation Award for Real Estate Technology Innovation.
Richard Angliss, head of the EMEA property and asset management team at JLL, says: “This implementation is a significant investment in our property and asset management infrastructure. Voyager will align the technology platform of all our core businesses across the EMEA region, enabling consistent service and consolidated reporting to clients.”
Neal Gemassmer, vice president of international for Yardi, says: “Yardi is excited that JLL has chosen to partner with us for its next-generation pan-European real estate management platform. We look forward to working closely with Richard and the JLL EMEA team.”
