INTERNOS Global Investors has sold two warehouses totalling 17,138 square metres in France for EUR9.05 million on behalf of a Swedish pension fund.

The 8,000 sq m light industrial building in Hoerdt was sold for EUR3.5 million to a group of local private investors. Located 10 km north of Strasburg, the building comprises four units, of which three are currently let.
The 9,138 sq m cross-docking warehouse in Lyon was sold for EUR5.55 million to an end user, which is an international courier company.
Guillaume Masset, head of Benelux and Southern Europe at INTERNOS, says: “These disposals follow the completion of our asset management programmes for the buildings and demonstrate the experience and expertise of our teams of locally-based asset managers in France.”
INTERNOS and the purchaser were advised on the Lyon transaction by CBRE.
For the Hoerdt transaction, INTERNOS was advised by C&C Notaires and the purchasers were advised by Ohnet & Schott notaries.
