Orchard Street secures GBP150m investment mandate

Orchard Street Investment Management has been awarded a new GBP150m investment directive from a large UK pension fund client of Aon Hewitt to acquire a portfolio of UK commercial real estate.

Orchard Street will target investments of between GBP10m and GBP30m across the UK with the aim of building a portfolio focussed on long leased, index-linked assets.
It is expected that the capital will be deployed over a 12 to 24 month period
