WELPUT secures two office lettings at 17 Connaught Place, Marble Arch
WELPUT has exchanged contracts with Hunter Boot to take the garden, ground and first floors, totalling 10,906 square feet, at 17 Connaught Place, Marble Arch as its new headquarters.
A new 10 year lease has been agreed at an undisclosed rent.
The top three floors totalling 7,540 sq ft have been let to Blue Water Energy, a private equity firm investing exclusively in the energy sector. A rent of GBP65 per sq ft has been agreed.
17 Connaught Place was subject to a Grade A refurbishment which was completed in 2013, and is one of the first buildings in the West End to feature LED lighting throughout. The Hunter Boot space benefits from an independent glass walkway entrance and has a feature terrace area.
The third floor (5,202 sq ft), second floor (5,364 sq ft) and part first floor (2,777 sq ft) totalling 13,343 sq ft are available to let at a rent of GBP65.00 per sq ft.
