CBRE Global Investors appoints new transactions manager for EMEA
CBRE Global Investors has promoted Francois-Regis de Causans to transactions manager EMEA, with responsibility for working on and coordinating all European-wide transactions.
De Causins will be based in Amsterdam.
De Causins has worked for seven years with CBRE Global Investors as the transaction manager in Paris, working on sourcing suitable acquisitions as well as disposals. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Previously, De Causins worked as an analyst at Redevco and Segece.
Will Rowson, EMEA chief investment officer, CBRE Global Investors, says: “Francois-Regis has proven to be an excellent transactions talent and I am delighted that he has agreed to relocate to Amsterdam to take on an EMEA role.
“We have an incredibly busy year ahead with six billion of transactions to complete and it is vital that we have the correct team in place to achieve this. With Francois-Regis joining the EMEA team at our headquarters plus having an established senior transaction team across Europe I feel we are well-placed to reach our targets for 2014.”
