CBRE Group to market office space at The Moinian Group’s 60 Madison Avenue

The Moinian Group has entered into a partnership with CBRE Group to lease the entire fourth and eighth floors at 60 Madison Avenue.

The CBRE agency team of Michael Movshovich, Sam Spillane, and Paul Amrich will market the two floors on behalf of the owner/developer.
A Gensler-designed capital programme is underway including a new lobby, elevators and entrance, which will complete the modernisation of the 13-story, 195,000-square-foot asset overlooking Madison Square Park.
The fourth floor, totalling 18,783 square feet, features an existing open plan installation. The eighth floor, measuring 17,177 square feet, is demolished and offers a flexible floor plate suitable for an open plan layout. Both floors have oversized windows providing natural light and southern views overlooking Madison Square Park.
“Having recently signed cross-platform marketing technology firm, Tapad, to lease the full 18,759-square-foot third floor and with the building’s soon to be completed beautifully renovated lobby, we wanted to partner with an elite agency team who can deliver the quality of tenants befitting the remaining two prime available floors,” says Gregg Weisser, senior vice president of leasing at The Moinian Group. “We have no doubt that Michael, Sam, and Paul will do a tremendous job for us.
