Office agency team at Cushman & Wakefield in Munich under new leadership
Cushman & Wakefield’s Munich office agency department is now under the leadership of Hubert Keyl, partner.
In addition, the team has been reinforced by the arrival of Thilo Hecht and Robert Rudin, both as senior consultants, and Cosmia Dost-Schmidla as assistant.
Keyl’s team joins Cushman & Wakefield from Keylconnect brokerage for commercial real estate. Keyl (42) was the managing partner at Keylconnect and previously spent six years with CBRE, latterly as head of office agency and prior to that, seven years with Jones Lang LaSalle in Munich rising to team leader industrial agency. Qualified lawyer Hecht (31) was a founding partner of Keylconnect, having previously been an acquisition agent with CBRE and Sotheby’s international realty, Miami. Rudin (48) was previously a broker and acquisition agent at Comreal and worked in landlord representation at IC Immobilien Consulting.
“Hubert Keyl brings entrepreneurial leadership and letting experience to his new leadership role”, says Frank Nickel, managing partner of Cushman & Wakefield in Germany. “We are also strengthening the existing department with the addition of this experienced and perfectly attuned team – as well as our German Office Agency team as a whole, which now has over 30 advisors.”
Martin Drummer, partner and head of office agency for C&W Germany, says: “That we have been able to acquire such an experienced and already established team for the expansion and repositioning of Cushman & Wakefield in Germany, is a great advantage for us, particularly in Munich’s real estate market which is the strongest and most sustainable in Germany. We also expect to significantly strengthen further locations in the very near future.”
