Mayfair Capital hires director of research and investment strategy
Mayfair Capital Investment Management, the UK property fund manager, has appointed Frances Ketteringham as director of research and investment strategy.
Ketteringham has extensive experience in identifying and analysing property market trends. She was previously an associate director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she spent six years as part of the EMEA research team, focusing initially on the office sector before specialising in capital markets.
She began her career at EGi, working on the London offices product.
James Thornton, chief investment officer of Mayfair Capital, says: “The understanding of macroeconomic and investment trends remains fundamental to Mayfair Capital’s strategic approach and Frances’ appointment underlines this. With the continuing growth in our business and funds under management, we place a high value on our proprietary research. We believe this will benefit our investors through delivering superior returns compared to the market.”
Ketteringham says: “I am excited to be joining Mayfair Capital. I look forward to working with the investment team in helping to drive fund outperformance through the application of research to investment decisions.”
