Moss Adams signs lease at Two Park Square
Hines has secured an 18,954-square-foot lease in Two Park Square, a 182,925-square-foot office building located in the heart of uptown in Albuquerque, with financial services firm Moss Adams.
Recently relocating from a nearby property, Moss Adams was able to consolidate its operation into one large single floor on the sixth level of the 10-storey building. With the signing of this lease, Two Park Square is 94 per cent leased.
Moss Adam's space, designed by Dekker/Perich/Sabatini, consists of extensive floor-to-ceiling glass partitions and sliding-glass barn doors, which create a highly functional and visually open work environment, and provide spectacular views of the surrounding Sandia, Manzano, Jemez and San Mateo mountain ranges.
Hines managing director Chris Anderson says: "We are pleased Moss Adams chose Two Park Square for their new office. They are an outstanding addition to an already world-class tenant roster."
"With the prime location and modern office standards, Two Park Square is one of the premier office buildings in Albuquerque, and we are thrilled to call it our new home. This building allowed us to create a space that is open, light and collaborative," says Steve Keene, southwest regional managing partner for Moss Adams.
Completed in 1989, Two Park Square was the first ENERGY STAR-certified property in New Mexico. It has earned the ENERGY STAR label every year since 2003 and has a current score of 95.
Moss Adams was represented in lease negotiations by Dan Newman and Debbie Dupes of CBRE. Scott Throckmorton, president of ARGUS Investment Realty, represented Hines, the building developer, owner and property manager.
