Broadstone Real Estate makes three new hires
Broadstone Real Estate has recruited three new three members of staff.
Ryan Albano has joined as director of forecasting & finance and is responsible for the production of budgets and forecasts for BRE and Broadstone Net Lease, as well as financial reporting and analysis.
Prior to joining Broadstone, Albano was assistant chief financial officer for Manning & Napier's mutual fund division and was responsible for leading financial activities associated with that division, including development of the annual operating plan, new product development and financial statement and regulatory filings.
Albano also spent seven years at KPMG, most recently as audit manager
Christopher Brodhead has joined as director of investor relations and will focus on outreach to new and existing investors, wealth managers and registered investment advisors, as well as BRE's digital marketing efforts.
Previously, Brodhead was an operating director with DeltaPoint Capital Management, a private equity firm. In that capacity, he worked with Sigma Marketing Group, a DeltaPoint portfolio company, as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Formerly, Brodhead served as the vice president of business development for DeltaPoint.
Lyla Hudson has joined as portfolio management coordinator and will support the team responsible for the portfolio management of the Broadstone Net Lease commercial real estate portfolio and also provide support to Broadstone's commercial division. Prior to Broadstone, Hudson was a paralegal with Pursley Freise Torgrimson in Atlanta.
