Hans Copier has stepped down from his role as fund manager of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund, CBRE Dutch Retail Fund, CBRE Dutch Residential Fund and as country manager Netherlands.

His departure is a mutual decision. It follows an internal reorganisation which highlighted different views over Copier’s future role in the business.

Copier (pictured) has led the Dutch business over the last six years.

The company is in the process of putting in place an effective succession plan for the leadership of the Dutch business and the three Dutch funds.

Pieter Hendrikse, chief executive EMEA, and Dennis van Vugt, chief financial officer/chief operating officer EMEA, will lead the Dutch business on an interim basis in cooperation with the Dutch management team.
