LaSalle sells Hannover shopping centre for EUR117m

LaSalle, with ADLER Immobilien Investment Gruppe, Fay Projects and THI Holding, has jointly sold the Leine-Center in Laatzen near Hannover to CBRE Global Investors.
The sale was on behalf of its European property fund, the LaSalle Euro Growth II SCA.
The total value of the property is EUR117m.
Jones Lang LaSalle acted as property consultant on the transaction, GSK Stockmann + Kollegen acted as legal advisor for the seller, while Berwin Leighton Paisner provided legal advice to the buyer.
The shopping centre is located in Laatzen, a suburb of Hannover, Germany and was originally opened in 1973 and extended in 2011. The centre is well positioned in the market and is currently (and historically) fully let. It comprises 28,161 sq m providing space for 101 retail units that include H&M, Deichmann, Expert, DM, Adler and Douglas.
