LaSalle acquires Munich office property
LaSalle Investment Management Kapitalanlagegesellschaft (LaSalle KAG) has acquired an office property in Prinzregentenstraße, Munich, on behalf of a specialist investment fund managed by LaSalle KAG.
The property comprises approximately 9,000 square metres and is 100 per cent let to two major tenants on a mid term lease. The price has not been released.
The asset was sold by AXA Immoselect, a fund managed by AXA Investment Managers.
LaSalle KAG was advised on the acquisition by CB Richard Ellis.
LaSalle KAG is an established provider of specialist property funds under German investment law with a total investment volume goal of EUR600m to be invested in office and retail properties in prime locations with long leases. The geographical focus is Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands and Scandinavia.
