Prupim has secured a letting at 2 College Square in Bristol, just six weeks after purchasing the building.
The property offers 52,000 square feet of grade A office space, providing flexible open plan accommodation over four floors.
Investment solutions company Parmenion Capital Partners has taken 6,000 sq ft in what is the newest building in Bristol city centre. The independent company, which provides investment solution tools to financial advisers, will relocate from Bath to support the company’s growth.
Sarah Stanley, asset manager, Prupim, says: “We’re delighted that this deal has happened so soon after our purchase of the building. This is the third office building Prupim has bought in the city in the last 18 months and illustrates our confidence in Bristol’s growing economy and business community.”
