CBRE Global Investors acquires 34,000 sq m distribution centre in Warsaw
CBRE Global Investors has acquired the Warsaw Distribution Centre logistic and office business park in Warsaw, Poland.
The vendor was Peakside Polonia Management.
The property is located in Zone 1 of Warsaw’s logistic market and comprises approximately 25,300 sq m of warehouse space and 8,700 sq m of office space. There are 28 tenants in the centre.
