CBRE Global Investors has acquired the Warsaw Distribution Centre logistic and office business park in Warsaw, Poland.
The vendor was Peakside Polonia Management.
The property is located in Zone 1 of Warsaw’s logistic market and comprises approximately 25,300 sq m of warehouse space and 8,700 sq m of office space. There are 28 tenants in the centre.
Martin Sabelko, managing director of CBRE Global Investors CEE, says: “We are very pleased with the acquisition of Warsaw Distribution Centre and it will be clearly considered as a milestone for our CBRE Global Investors CEE business. We are developing our business within the industrial sector and we are delighted to have secured this first investment in the CEE market.”
