Inland Private Capital makes executive team promotions
Inland Private Capital Corporation (IPCC) has made three employee promotions and hired one new employee to the company’s senior management team.
Effective 13 November, the company has promoted Keith Lampi (pictured) to the position of chief operating officer and Rahul Sehgal to chief investment officer. Additionally, the company has promoted Joe Binder to senior vice president of acquisitions and has appointed Dione McConnell as vice president of operations.
“As our company grows, we saw an opportunity to further recognise our strong senior management team and add new talent,” says Brenda Gujral, president and chief executive officer of IPCC. “All four of these employees exemplify extraordinary leadership skills and we are confident that their expertise will continue to strengthen IPCC as we continue to execute our business strategies.”
Lampi has been with IPCC for more than 10 years and serves on the company’s board of directors. As COO, Lampi will continue to manage the company’s capital raising initiatives and will oversee the company’s new operations, marketing and investor relations group, which will focus on all investor-related functions.
Sehgal has been with IPCC for more than eight years and serves on the company’s board of directors. As CIO, Sehgal will continue to oversee the company’s asset management function and will also integrate the asset management and acquisition functions of IPCC’s business into one department focused on real estate analytics.
Binder has been with IPCC for nearly five years and will continue to oversee acquisition underwriting, due diligence and financing associated with new property acquisitions. Binder will also continue to manage the structuring and preparation of new offering memoranda.
McConnell is responsible for the customer service, closing and administrative teams. McConnell has been with other companies related to Inland for 23 years, serving in many capacities in its meeting facility and investment groups.
“We are pleased to announce this new hire and well-deserved promotions to our senior management team,” says Gujral.
