Prupim leases space at Norfolk House, Manchester to GVA
Real estate fund manager Prupim has leased a total of 15,750 square feet of Grade A offices to property consultants GVA at Norfolk House in the heart of Manchester’s financial and commercial district.
GVA has signed a 10-year commitment on 15,750 sq ft and will officially relocate its 150-strong team to the new premises in spring 2013.
Located on Norfolk Street, Norfolk House is an imposing five-storey office building, which has recently undergone a high spec refurbishment to include a new main reception, stylish communal areas and high quality open plan offices. It also benefits from high speed lifts and secure underground parking. A further 3,603 sq ft on part of the first floor and 6,572 sq ft on the third floor remain available.
Aaron Pope, associate director, asset management at Prupim, says: “To secure a major letting to a well respected firm so soon after completion of the refurbishment is testament to the quality offering at Norfolk House. The building provides high quality Grade A office accommodation in a prime, core location at a competitive rental level. Consequently, we’re confident the remaining void should let quickly.”
Savills and Jones Lang La Salle acted for Prupim.
