Valad Europe, on behalf of Stirling Development Agency (SDA), the 50/50 joint venture between Valad Europe and Stirling Council, has secured two tenants at Bandeath Industrial Estate, Stirling.
Following a period of rapid growth, H & R Grey Haulage, which had previously occupied 5,500 sq ft at the estate, signed a lease on 23,000 sq ft in Block 4. The company is currently completing fit-out works with a view to commencing trading from the new facility during Q4 2012.
Right Medicine Pharmacy recently leased Unit 79/81 at the estate which comprises a 1,780 sq ft storage unit and an adjacent 1,500 sq ft office building.
Andy Richardson, Valad Europe’s head of UK development, says: “We are delighted to welcome Right Medicine to Bandeath and that H & R Grey Haulage has taken the decision to remain with us as their business continues to grow. The SDA is now looking to capitalise on these recent successes and is refurbishing some of the remaining units.”
Andrew Peel of Graham + Sibbald’s Stirling office says: “The recent lettings at Bandeath confirm the demand for industrial and storage accommodation within the Stirling Area. The arrival of high speed broadband and the commitment from the landlords to carry out refurbishment of some of the vacant space will undoubtedly lead to increased interest from prospective tenants.”
Joint agents Graham + Sibbald and Ryden advised Valad Europe on the lettings.
