A cross jurisdictional Ogier team has acted for Coller Investment Management in relation to the establishment of Coller International Partners VI (CIP VI).

Coller Capital held the final closing of CIP VI with commitments of USD5.5bn. 

CIP VI is a Guernsey authorised closed-ended investment scheme, comprised of Guernsey, Cayman Islands and other vehicles, and has been established primarily to pursue privately negotiated investments in the secondary market worldwide.

Ogier worked with O'Melveny & Myers on the transaction and advice was provided by Ogier's Guernsey, Cayman Islands and Jersey offices as well as certain fiduciary services being provided by Ogier Fiduciary Services.
