Valad Europe secures 1,300 sq m lease at City Point, Warsaw
Valad Europe, the multi-let real estate investment manager, has agreed a new 1,348 square metre letting at City Point, Warsaw, with flooring company Nova Technologie Obiektowe.
The company will occupy the warehouse space on a five year lease.
City Point, Warsaw’s largest distribution facility, is located on the eastern bank of the Vistula River, just six kilometres from the city centre, in the industrial part of the Targowek district. The property provides a total of 115,000 sq m of warehouse and office space with more than 80 existing tenants, including courier service companies, UPS and Siodemka; CH Beck, the German publisher; and Dachser, the logistics provider.
Harry Bunbury, Valad Europe’s head of asset management in Central and Eastern Europe, says: “To have secured another tenant at City Point is a great result for the facility. With its excellent location in Warsaw, the asset provides tenants easy access to the city centre as well as offering strong transport links to the rest of Poland.”
In Poland, Valad manages around 235,000 sq m of space with around 135 tenants.
