Private equity advisory company MGPA has acquired the Komm shopping centre in Offenbach from Hochtief Projektentwicklung on behalf of a North American institutional investor.

A team led by lead partner Heinrich Schirmer advised MGPA and the investor on the transaction.

The shopping centre is located in the Offenbach city centre and comprises 21,750 square metres of lettable area. The three levels accommodate 60 shops and restaurant facilities, as well as office and service space. The shopping centre's own parking deck offers 200 spaces and there are 425 additional parking spaces in the adjacent multi-storey car park.

Currently, 96 per cent of the retail space and 77 per cent of the office space is let.
