Broadstone Real Estate announces two new hires

Broadstone Real Estate (BRE) has hired two senior professionals. David Kasprzak joined BRE as Director of Investor Relations effective 14 May, while Charles Place joined BRE as Vice President and Director of Research, a newly formed position, on 1 June.
Kasprzak will be responsible for leading the outreach to new investors, wealth managers and Registered Investment Advisors. David has over 18 years of financial industry experience and, prior to joining Broadstone, served as a Sr. Wealth Advisor for Tompkins Financial.
Place’s primary responsibilities will include performing market research and analysis to support investment and capital raising strategies as well as assisting with investor relations. Prior to joining Broadstone, he was the REIT Research Analyst with Kennedy Capital Management (KCM), a St. Louis, MO money management firm, where he was responsible for fundamental analysis and for making recommendations relating to KCM's investments in publicly-traded REITs. Before KCM, Place worked at Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. (FBW), a Baltimore, MD investment banking and brokerage firm.
