Valad, the European multi-let real estate investment manager, has let 3,493 sq m of industrial and office space at Ringpärmen 2, in Bredden, Sollentuna to Swedish logistics and transport firm TransFargo. The lease was agreed for a term of three years on behalf of Valad’s V+ Nordic 2 fund.

 
Ringpärmen 2 is an industrial unit in the Bredden industrial area of Sollentuna. Close to the E4 motorway, the property is strategically located between Stockholm city and the Arlanda international airport. Following this latest letting, 350 sq m of office space remains available to let at the property.
