Carlton has hired senior capital markets professional, Jonathan Rosner to work directly with chairman Howard L Michaels (pictured) and his elite capital-raising team.

Rosner is both a CPA and a commercial real estate expert, who has lived the last five years in Israel. Prior to that time, Rosner worked for Cushman and Wakefield, where he partnered with leasing and sales brokerage teams by providing highly structured financial and analytical advice on large and complex transactions. Before that, Rosner worked at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.
 
Rosner is an acknowledged capital markets expert and has been involved in over USD5 billion of principal and advisory transactions. Rosner, who speaks Hebrew fluently, is also an expert in multi-tranche debt stacks and has assisted numerous clients in workouts and restructures. 
 
Rosner will be working very closely with Carlton Partner Michael Campbell and Michaels to work on the firm’s largest advisory transactions providing superior analytical and capital-raising expertise to Carlton’s best clients.
