Broadstone Net Lease acquires two properties

Broadstone Net Lease has completed two acquisitions of triple net-leased properties for a combined purchase price of USD13.9m.

On 25 August, Broadstone Net Lease acquired a 39,900 square foot office building located in Rochester, New York for USD11.7m. The tenant of the office is ADT Security Services, a subsidiary of Tyco International. The property serves as ADT's national service dispatch centre and is leased through 2023.

On 10 July, Broadstone Net Lease purchased a Kum & Go brand convenience store located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Kum & Go acquisition was a sale and leaseback transaction; the initial lease term is for 20 years and the acquisition price was USD2.1m.

Broadstone Net Lease is a private real estate investment trust formed in 2007 to invest in a diversified portfolio of freestanding, single-tenant, net-leased properties located throughout the US. It is externally managed by Broadstone Real Estate and Broadstone Asset Management.
