
Legal & General Property hires Will Edwards and Greg Westover

Legal & General Property has appointed Will Edwards as fund manager for its Linked Pensions Property Fund and Greg Westover as senior asset manager for its Linked Life Fund.
With over ten years of property experience in the retail and investment sectors, Edwards joins from DTZ Investment Management where he held the position of associate director, responsible for managing UK focused commercial property portfolios on behalf of pension funds. He previously spent four years working as a surveyor for Savills’ in-town retail agency department.
The Linked Pensions Property Fund, which was launched in 1977, has over GBP750m of commercial property assets and invests in all main property asset sectors, including retail, retail warehousing, leisure, offices and industrial/distribution properties.
Westover previously worked as a commercial asset manager at Ballymore and prior to this spent nine years with Chase & Partners. He will be joining the Linked Life Fund in September. The Linked Life Fund which, was also launched in 1977, has over GBP1.1bn of commercial property assets and also invests in all main property asset sectors.
