
Invista strengthens its industrial team

Invista Real Estate Investment Management, the largest listed real estate fund manager in the UK, has appointed Tom Gamble and George Dickens to its industrial team as director and associate director respectively.
Gamble joins from Rreef where he held the position of associate. During the last three years he has worked within the UK transactions team and was responsible for acquisitions, disposals and asset management on behalf of a wide range of funds. Prior to this he was a senior surveyor at Jones Lang LaSalle.
Dickens has joined from Kier Property, where he spent five years in the role of development manager. During this time, he was responsible for the development of industrial sites from identifying sites through to the sale and leasing of completed schemes. He also worked on a number of joint ventures with partners including HBOS and Invista.
Both will report to Richard Walters, industrial sector team head, bringing the team head count to five. The industrial team is responsible for managing circa GBP1bn of assets.
