Dundee Reit has closed its public offering of Reit units, series A for USD25.25 per unit to results in gross proceeds of USD100,116,250.

The offering was completed through a syndicate of underwriters led by TD Securities.
 
Dundee Reit gave the underwriters an option for over-allotment, exercisable for a 30 day period from closing, for the purchase of an additional 594,750 units which would increase the gross proceeds of USD115,133,688.

The proceeds from the offering will be used to fund acquisition and general trust purposes.
