LaSalle Investment Management has completed the open market letting of 29 Church Road and 18 Market Place, which both form part of the Market Place Shopping Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

The Church Walk property comprises 747 square feet and has been let for seven years to Enchanted, a retail chain specialising in natural therapy and gifts. 

The property in Market Place comprises 1,251 square feet and has been let for 15 years to Express Computer Repairs, a computer maintenance business.  

As a result of the two leases, the shopping centre is now nearly fully let.
