David Oliner joins Dune Real Estate as a partner
Dune Capital Management has appointed David Oliner as a partner in Dune Real Estate Partners.
Oliner will also be a managing director and principal of Dune and a member of the Dune Real Estate Investment Committee.
He joins Dune from Morgan Stanley, where he was a managing director and senior commercial mortgage trader for large loans and subordinate products. During his 11 years at Morgan Stanley, his management responsibilities included structuring, originating, acquiring, pricing and trading all forms of commercial real estate debt, including commercial mortgage backed securities.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Oliner spent five years at Bankers Trust, where he was a senior trader in the sub-performing commercial real estate debt trading business.
'David is an outstanding investor and a leader in the real estate debt and capital markets businesses. We are very excited to have someone of David's calibre and expertise join the Dune Real Estate team,' says Daniel Neidich (pictured), Dune Real Estate's founder.
Dune is a New York based investment management firm founded in 2004. Dune manages the Dune Real Estate Funds, which make opportunistic investments in a broad range of real estate-related assets, portfolios, joint ventures and operating companies worldwide.
